I rebooted then left it for 3mins and all is well. No issues

maybe it was to change to the name of the connection to 95 07 19.
This should give an idea of network capacity.
Hopefully they can then introduce some sort of peak package.

Yes, there was suppose to be an announcement mid-year, then that changed to after 5G launched, now I have no idea.

I am not covered under 5G so I can only hope for alternatives

How is changing the "Display name" of a network tied to capacity? Does this mean that if I change my SSID at home I now have a Gigabit internet connection?

The display name was in reference to the network going down, maybe to allow a name change.
The fact that everyone has unlimited data during peak hours, shows they are willing to test the true capacity of their network.
This will give an indication of network utilisation and then they can structure better peak packages around this and deal with capacity issues.
