I'll keep it short.

Few weeks ago @rain_mobile @rain_networks sent techies to my house for my 5G router kept disconnecting from the tower. I told them it's a tower issue and they ignored me and just optimised it and placed it on the roof where i would have no signal into the house. When they left its started to disconnect again.

I come home from a long day today and my 5G super fast speeds are 5mbps down, 0.2 up with disconnects every 20 minutes.

I AM NOW DONE WITH YOU.

PLEASE COME AND FETCH YOUR ROUTER.

People, avoid Rain at all costs. They don't give a flying F.

This outdoor Premium 5G package router sounds like a mission. Rain does the installation and do trunking etc. for power?

Not much of a plug and play.

Think I prefer the inside router Standard 5G package then. You can take it with you to another destination and enjoy 5G or do you have to unlock it from a tower then?
