Rain complete outage?

Hi

Anyone experiencing issues with Rain connectivity?
I am experiencing it with various devices and rain sims. Issue seems to be DNS related. Their DNS services dont seem to be reachable.
By manually changing the DNS settings, it seems to work fine.

Downdetector seems to confirm the issue...

Mine has been going from bad to worse for just on 2 weeks now, they tell me they are investigating and will get back to me. And yes the whole thing just went down now, but after a modem reboot it started up again, but still terrible internet! Im so over this already!

I hope you won't be posting this every other day because rain has a complete outage every 2 hours. Welcome to the new nigtmare.

Seems to be back, was also down with dns issues for quite a while

I just changed it to the google public DNS 8.8.8.8

But yes issues seems to be resolved now.

Best you move to a more reliable network.

They are not worthy of your time and headache.
