Rain connection

I have been using Rain for a while but lately I can't connect to the internet or the internet is on and off all the time, how do I change the site I am connected to?
 
Could you give us a bit more detail about the issue.

Is this Rain 4G or 5G?
Is it fixed or mobile?
What device is the sim in and what device are you trying to access the internet on?
What package are you on?
Do you have signal on your signal bars?
Does the problem happen continuously or only sometimes(Does it happen during load shedding only)?
What error do you get when trying to access the internet?

4g, mobile sim card only, 19 hrs off peak, have tried on a phone and router, same issue, it shows full bars on the phone but says no internet connection

Before, during, after load shedding - wait a second, I just give up.
