Rain connects me to the incorrect tower

well i have tried to email them millions of times like any other poor sob and well no response so resorted to this , just wana get moved to a local bloody tower as i have relocated and just get trash signal

Has anyone any idea how I can connect my own router to the tower closest to me as rain just does not help. I am connecting 508km away and I have a tower 0.9km and 4.25km away from me. Is there no setting on the router where one can change or diconnect from a tower and connect to another?
