Rain CPE (Huawei B2338-168)

Hi guys,
How does one get rain to send them the CPE? Since November last year I've been requesting one because my connection is virtually unusable. The connection stats are truly horrible as well. I won't even bother to show the speed test.

I've been in communication with an agent via email. He sounds very clueless.
