So Rain do you understand the concept of customer support?
My signal disappeared on the 26th of February. I contacted Customer support the same day on your web app. I was told to reset my router redo the APN and I entertained your support staff. Still no signal. Eventually they said it was a network issue and the technicians were working on it but could not say how long it would take. (It took a few days short of two months)
After reading complaints on the internet I decided to withhold payment until my signal returned. This was a wise move as the signal / connection only returned 2 months later. I paid after monitoring the signal for a few days to make sure the problem was resolved. I would have paid straight away but I could not get through to you on any of your support channels.
I now have a bill for R72.58 for and I quote the reason word for word...

Hi Dave,
The Extra R72.58 charged in march was for recurring charge for connection without having to lose connection for a few days while you were sorting your settlement of the account. Thanks, (I did not make this up.)

I had no connection for almost 2 months. I had reported it multiple times using your web app and email. the web app stopped working about a week after the first time I reported the problem and I never once got through using the telephone number and it took one month to answer my email queries.
I pm'ed @rain_mobile on this forum as well but after a good start just got ignored.
I would like a refund please because you did not provide a connection for me to be connected to without having to loose connection for a few days that only returned in almost a couple of months.
I'm sorry Rain your customer support is non existent. You really need to do something about this. I have been trying to rectify this with your support team who have no support, billing or technical expertise at all. I have asked to have my query passed on to a supervisor or management but this has not happened. I guess I should resort to drawing a picture so that the support person would understand the request???
Kind regards
David Smith
PS: If you tell me to contact your support or email you I cant because:
1 the emails are attended to after a month
2 they don't answer the phone (Add up the costs of being on hold for this issue and you will understand why I wont let this tiny amount you extorted slide)
It would be really awesome to have a telephone number of someone in accounts that can deal with this problem that I can hopefully make a connection with before committing a connection with intent to connect and actually connection to that connection and having connected a connect ..with? or for? Sorry I'm now a little confused.
