Rain cutomer service

I had a sim swap with rain (part of rain one package top level) for my phone. SIM works for data but not for voice calls with all of them being forwarded to voice mail. I logged a ticket about 2 weeks ago. Then visited the Rain store in Paulshof a week ago. Paulshof checked settings. My SIM also did not work when put in my sons phone, his, Rain card, did work for voice when placed in my phone - therefore the phone is not faulty. Despite around 4 chasers I have heard nothing from Rain Customer service. They are still appalling when there are issues on an account.

When they did try to contact me they tried calling despite knowing the voice part of the SIM wasn't working an multiple mails from me and one from Rain Paulshof asking them to email an update - this says it all.

and you have enable voLTE on your phone ?
