I hope someone can direct me to someone to help.
This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have data available but Rain just cuts me off. It does not help to log a call with Afrihost as the support staff don't seem to know how the LTE-A from Rain works and they try to get me to upgrade to another ISP.
I just need the service that I have paid for.
This shows I have 7.4GB peak data left yet I am forced to buy more to use for today.
