My promised delivery date was 11 Jun 2018, delivery time -- 10am-11am. When nothing happened on Monday afternoon, I went on to the website chat line, waited in queue for 45 minutes, and spoke to a call center person who apologized and promised delivery by Tuesday lunch time.
To make a long story short: this morning (Friday 15th), still, no delivery, no call from an agent, as they promised, 5 days after the promised delivery date. No-th-ing. No Rain. It's an drought.
They seem to have overestimated their delivery platform. They now face an ever-growing number of dissatisfied customers. The last thing to do is used canned answers (Twitter, Messenger, SMS) like "how can I help you" and "please DM your details", we're past this.
