Rain Delivery

Hi everyone. I decided to cancel my R250 unlimited off peak rain bundle to switch to the R699 5G last week Wednesday and since then i am unable to check where my sim and modem are as rain wont give me a tracking number and the one i got from RAM says no tracking found. I am confused as to what i should do since the current internet plan i am on will deactivate on Wednesday the 1st of April.
 
Uhm. Don’t know whether you from Mars or what but we are currently on lockdown, you won’t be getting that delivery soon. Reinstate your current sim until all of this is over and deliveries are open.

they said they will continue with deliveries and RAM also confirmed that they will deliver and i have seen the vans passing by my place
 
Unless that van enters your premises with a sim and hoots your name don't believe anything you see. We are living in strange times. Best thing to do is reactivate your old sim whilst you still can and wait it out. Should they come through tomorrow you can still cancel your sim. If not you have plan B running for the meantime

Thanks. I was looking forward to the 24 hour internet but I guess I'll wait. The problem will be paying again for the service I cancelled so I think I'll cancel the 5G for now and try again some other time
