Why would you use anything other than google dns?

Iunno, I guess using the ISPs DNS ensures the best routing in terms of CDNs not cached by Google's DNS

I guess it's not really required, they don't have a customer portal or anything. Their site is simply there for info purposes

Rain website is better, they want to do wholesale only, so they are not going to open the website to everyone. I don't yet how to check balance, even if they give uncapped.
