Tried connecting to rain 4G rn and it says my service is offline, the default peak times page. anyone else experiencing this? invoice for the month has been paid and everything looks normal on the dashboard

Working my side in PE atm, with the R250 unlimited off-peak.

I am on R250 off peak and I do have connection but if I log into the dashboard in rain.co.za it shows error

Usually logging out and logging back in again fixes it, it's a recent bug on their website.

Not offline. Bad download speed for Fixed LTE in George. Speed tests return to acceptable levels after 18:00...

What router are you using ? Seems like you are on the 1800 band.
