Since yesterday, I have seen a lot of Rain downloads speed improvements, from 0.65mbps to 15mbps above, wow!
Ping: 40ms
Download: 15.97Mbps
Upload: 12.45Mbps
Without VPN

Ping: 22ms
Download: 21.96Mbps
Upload: 11.09Mbps
With VPN

Well you're lucky.

Ive had 0.05 speeds for the last week... Contacting rain multiple times and still no response. Network is literally unusable. I've sent one last email to them and if I still don't get a response I'm actually going to go through ICASA.

Any idea why yours got better?

Got the same problem. Also no replies. I have 0.1 and can't even use google. It takes 2 minutes to send a whatsapp

Same here, this morning at 11 my speeds had a sudden drop from 12Mbps to 0.4Mbps and has been there since. Usually I have good speed in my area but something definitely went wrong this morning.
