Rain Fixed LTE usage Afrihost

I logged into the Afrihost portal this evening to check my usage.
Under My Connectivity it shows 145GB left. When I click on LTE it shows 117GB left. The graph stopped reporting usage on 13 June.
Latest Session: 2018-06-19 11:05:38.
The time now is 19:32

Those who are using WebAfrica, Mweb, Vox etc, is your usage showing correctly?

When I brought this matter up with Afrihost, I got 4 different stories. They blame Rain for the delay. They not aware of the problem. They are aware and will fix it and my favourite... I'm not using my data.

under My connectivity data usage displayed is inaccurate but once in the correct profile example Afrihost Rain / Afrihost ADSL etc correct usage will be displayed in rain profile
