Rain Fixed LTE usage stats issue

So I have a secondary Fixed LTE sim from Mweb. Usage stats has been broken for like 1 week now. No way at all to see usage statistics at all. The stats from mweb and from userstats.isdsl.net all are incorrect.

Now if I have to top up I have to phone the call centre and they request a top up from Rain directly. This manual process takes about 2-3 hours to complete. Rinse and repeat each time I need to load a top up. Mweb has no ETA when it will be fixed but it's been like 1 week already.... WTF is going on.

If Mweb's callcentre close and you need a topup no one can help. Frustrating

Same thing on WebAfrica. My total reading isn't up to date so I have to add up the days individually. It's a pain in the ^^s. I have been in contact with the via Twitter, it seems the problem gets resolved but only comes back again a day or two later. Moving to fibre in a month so I'm just soldiering through. RAIN fixed LTE speeds are appalling at the moment, but that's a rant for another thread.
