rain is completly clueless/useless

so after a lot of back and forth, decided not worth staying with rain and its pain.

was on the R250 Jobbie, but honestly the speeds are pathetic, it barely works, they tell me the cell tower in our area is vandalized so that's why your not getting throughput

checked the other day on the Rain app, shows I've requested a sim swap? WTF? so I email them, they tell me its cancelled.

but then earlier today get a call from RAM, where must we deliver your sim card to?
I cancelled you muppets, how many cancelled deliveries do you guys pay for?

one hand not sure what the other is doing.

for the same price, going to go with home connecta flexi from cell c, and live with that,
maybe when we eventually move to somewhere with better cell signal, I might return, but otherwise,

how many phone calls and emails must I do? you f*** just called me now from RAM,
are you sure you want to cancel? yes MotherF***** I cancelled last week Thursday and until it goes into your broken system, it takes 4 days?
