I am definitely repoting Rain to ICASA.. And I will make sure they trend.. First they say no contract, and their system does not allow you to remove your banking details in all of that they keep on going into your account and take your money as they pleased, my daughter was stranded in town from school to buy her bus ticket yesterday had to run around because Rain decided to deduct my money for service that I stopped using months ago.. I will make sure they trend and thanks to social media. I have never been so devastated.

Hi @yolama

Please provide me with your email via PM. https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/conversations/add?to=rain_mobile

Rain is not the only co that keeps debiting your account long after the service was terminated

A year after stopping TIME magazine, a debit of R579,00 appeared on my account. Today, 2 months on, I am still awaiting a refund (and no magazines arrived, which is the original complaint)

Then there is MTN for my wife's phone. She changed to prepaid in October 2021. Debits of R149,00 appear every month. According to MTN, there was no alteration, yet I have the agreement completed at the shop on 1st October.

Rain only bills by credit card so just create a virtual card and keep it disabled except for when needing to make manual payments.

Card transactions *can* be reversed too, but it's a bit of a hassle.
