I requested a refund in the beginning of the week as you debited me incorrectly. Lot of excuses from your consultants that would phone me back???? NOW MY DEBIT ORDERS did not go off because of your incompetency. I downgraded end of September to the R499 package, my instalment of R999 was already deducted so you informed me that I will not pay end of October as I am in advance now. Guess what,,, Yes, you are right you deducted the R999 from my account end of October and inform me that I am in arrears. Please use a calculator if you cannot count.
