My rain wifi has slow internet connect, I called rain support for about 2 weeks now without any help. Then yesterday I decided to go to rain Store to upgrade to 101 pro, but I'm still struggling with slow internet connection

Potential solution - once you do finally get someone out to help you - request a roof-mounted external router. Gives better signal, might help.

Friends had one delivered. Installed it and the difference was.... niks, nul, zero, buggerall

Sounds like a skill issue. Have you tried telling your friends to just be better?
