Rain issues

I paid Rain 825 rand on the 24of may, and they deducted another 825 rand on the 25 of may. I have been calling them with no help. The sad part is that they even closed the wifi, saying that I'm owing R825. I'm soo upset, i need to write my exams and the Wi-Fi is not working. I wish I could just buy data but rain deducted all my money. Guys I'm going to miss my exam, please I need help
