rain lte-a b618 router

my mode light is a constant blue and i get speeds of +- 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. Is it correct that the mode light stays blue or must it be green?
i get over 35Mbps on cellc with my b618 but far lower with rain

Blue = internet
Red = No internet.

Don't worry it also threw me when I first booted up.

Of what benefit is the extra 15Mbps? Got 5 people streaming FHD the same time?
