RAIN have completely underestimated their network capacity, evidenced by the dramatic drop in connection speeds as the contention ratio changes.
Their support service is almost non existant, and when they do eventually answer queries it's with practically useless, outdated information.
Major improvements need to be made if they are serious about gaining a significant portion of the fixed WiFi business.

When I started in October 2017, it was 15 to 30mbps
Today (as usual) it is 4mbps

The only time it speeds up is on a Saturday morning
