RAIN failed the first day of launch. I paid for my sim which said it will be delivered the following day and i can login to keep a track of my sim.
What happened.....
Neither the sim came nor the delivery guy. More over no one called to inform. After multiple calls support centre tells me they had technical issues which is why my sim is not delivered to me.
What a joke. If your company has technical issues right at the first day of launch i wonder what will it be in the longer run.
My sim is still being tracked to what end i dont know. I disconnected telkom only to use Rain and here i am strangled with no internet over this weekend
