RAIN LTE SIM Activation

1. I have paid the R479 for the Unlimited option.
2. I have received my Rain Sim delivered by RAM on the 28th September 2020
3. RAM have a copy of my ID and proof of residence and verified my ID with my green ID book on the 28th September 2020.
4. The SIM is not activated, I have contacted support for activation, but have not have a response.
How long does it take to activate the SIM?
Is there something I need to do?
Who can I contact to help in this regard?
 
I activated my sim on the rain website and it took less than 10 mins and it was working after I completed
 
Having the same issue got mine on the 25th and when i check on the rain site it still says not yet delivered

I do apologise for the trouble you guys have faced so far, could each of you send me DM's with the email address that is linked to your rain accounts so that I can assist you guys further in getting this issue sorted.
 
My SIM has been activated, so thank you to the Rain support team.
 
Hi guys i actual stuck through a 1 hour hold period last night and finally got threw to technical support. It took them less than a minute to get my sim working. I was getting frustrated waiting for 30mins before so i kept cutting the call
