Rain Mobile: No internet Action Needed

Rain Mobile 5G router is saying: No Internet, Action needed. Then it says click on the link to login on the internet. If u click it shows an error saying payment:.........See the attached screenshot. If its payment how can that be possible when i have a Stop-order which pays them every month and there is money in the bank account? This is frustrating provided the fact that you will be working from home. Now I get warnings to be fired from work due to this.

I did sent you a private message but you guys are not fair. Your WhatsApp portal keep on saying your Account is due click this link to pay. I have attached screenshots showing that my account is up-to-date from your website and the error message I get yet my account is fully paid and up to date. WHEN WE CALL U DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE.
