Rain Mobile Puk Issues

I am having problem with Rain since Thursday I had this Puk number problem I contacted customer care and up to now no response i contacted their representative on the forum I DM him with my email and up to now no response

Seriously what the puk is going on every second person is asking for a Rain puk i havent used a puk in 20 years now everyone is asking for one!!!!!!!!!???????????
