Rain Mobile Speed extremely Low!!!

I sent a request last month was called last week, it was hitting at least 2 mbps at night and on a god day,then the customer service agent said its fixed. I was only happy for two days, then the whole weekend until today I have 0,29 mbps i cant even watch youtube, at least before I use to watch youtube and DSTV now without interruptions.

Today I get this email,I dont have the tab he is talking about...

Never!!! Been waiting they only sent an email saying I should perform factory reset on my mifi,I did but still the same

True ,but I want to buy another router first any recommendations

TP-Link lte routers is nice. Using one now. Alot of settings to play with.
