For those who do not know. If you have network problems with Rain demand to be reimbursed.

They have no customer service - never answer your questions.

Most people is not aware that you can demand a refund for not getting service. View my chat on Facebook with them. They declined me first and then offering 7 days which I'm not gonna except.

Stop taking crap from them and paying for a service they cannot provide

I keep wondering why Rain has to use this forum to try to sort subscribers' victims' issues. Why can't/don't/won't their help (sic) desk do it?
