Rain network after the 15th

I dont know who jas the same problem but really its annoying now, afted the 15th rain network stops it loads for hours and hours and some of us are never late with payment but, the service and network connectivity after the 15th is horrible to say the least. Some of us use it for work purposes and you cant even complain on Facebook because your just a number to them. Maybe the 24/7 internet is valid for 15 days the other 15 you must sort yourself out. I am tired because of the treatment from rain
