Rain Network Issues.

Good afternoon, I have a question that is frustrating me when it come to the Rain network, i leave in Pretoria sunnyside and i also believe the network courage is supposed to be good, but lately i have been experiencing bed network coverage, i made a complain with Rain and am met with an automated response, it's been 3 days now and today again my network paused for about 25 minutes, i tried to restart my router but the network is still the same, is there anyone experiencing the same thing?.
