I have been using a RainSA 4g uncapped Sim card for almost two years and half of the time I have been experiencing issues with the network reception. I have recently upgraded to the 5g Sim card with the impression that the issues I been experiencing with the network reception would be resolved. However, it turned out that I was completely wrong. Today I have been struggling with my network reception since 4pm and I have requested for technical support since 7pm but I have not received any response from them. What is even more frustrating is that I can't even reach them on their line. Since I rely heavily on the internet, half of the time I have to buy data from other service providers (even today) since their performance is poor. I am not happy with the level of service I have received so far and I am definitely not referring any to them!!!
