Rain no longer peering with Cloudflare

Hi @rain_networks

Why are you guys no longer peering with Cloudflare in SA?

They must have stopped announcing locally because Rain is picking up Cloudflare traffic from the UK and it's frustrating.

Sounds more like a misconfiguration. SA has a couple CF PoPs so shouldn't route to UK even without "peering"
