This is the third month that I have been trying to make it so that I can use ONLY the unlimited portion of Rain. So all I want is for there to be NO peak data available. However: If I go to Dashboard -> View -> Manage your SIM, and I set the "peak gig limit for the month" to zero, then it accepts it, but then immediately reverts back again to 1 gig. I have tried this for the last two months, and I can't get it to work.

Both times I did it on the first day of the month, and before peak hours. So they can't say that I have started to use some of the peak data, and for that reason it is not working...

This last month, I even sent them an email, as well as created a ticket on the website to ask them to do this for me, but there has been absolutely no response.

This is not fair business practice: They are now forcing me to pay an extra R50 per month for data that I really don't want or need, but they are making it impossible for me to discontinue that service, and at the same time they are refusing to discontinue the service for me. But I still have to pay for it.

How is this fair??

I want my peak service cancelled! I want my R100 back for the last two months!
