It has been 5 months now, but this weekend was specificaly irritating.

Everyday at 16:00 my router would jump to a tower 3.14km from my home, Email after email 2 tech's later and still i have this issue, just doesn't seem that rain is taking there issues serious at all, they seem laid back, "dont worry stuff will sort them self out"

This weekend my router got stuck on that tower which is not even a 5g tower. Restart after restart it stuck on that tower, tried a reset and nothing, high latency, packet loss filled weekend with rain.

Hi @GuileX

Please pm me your email address linked to your rain profile

@GuileX dont worry I’m on 4G R480 package and the same thing happens to me
I’ve just noticed it’s working again but if you use more than 400 mb in an hour it stops immediately, for half an hour it’s offline

and what’s even more funnier is that both my phone and router have rain in it..but once I use more than 400mb in an hour.. both devices say no service it’s as if rain is putting blocks on anything that uses more than 400mb an hour

(I might be wrong about them blocking anything that uses more than 400mb an hour)
I do not have that particular issue, i have used 6.25TB since i got rain, and i downloaded about 30gig 3 days ago and got 22mbps. also warzone would happily update with 11mbps, but when playing online and it jumps to that far away tower that's when i get packet loss and high latency.
