Rain not working and not receiving assistance

I got the 5G from Rain and I do not have internet connection, it did not even allow me passed the activate page. I logged a request with rain and followed up many time and I am still waiting. Basically they were quick to take my money and not provide a service. My request number:1670463

Have you tried it in several spots in your house? If you can't get past the activate page then the router cant lock onto a tower and you need to try other spots in your house or even on the roof (if you can)

I tried every room in the house, I did not try the roof because I live in a flat its not easy for me to access the roof

And you're placing it close to a window? I initially activated mine while hanging out a window

Of you still can't get it to pass activate then it may be best to return it

I also struggled the first time with mine to get it activated

For some reason it worked when I entered someone else's address that doesn't live close to the tower I'm currently connected to
