I switched (ported) to Rain one on Monday this week, and is unable to receive any incoming calls. I'm able to make calls vir Raintalk App but not from my normal dialler of my phone (huawei Nova 5T). Tried customer care but the just transfer me to their voice calls department where you hang on for 15min+. Now 10 calls to them later and about 580 missed calls later, Im still unable to receive calls - 5 days later. Of course I can't port back to my previous provider as there is a 60 day hold period. What do I do?? Please help.
