Rain One Sim issues - Cant receive calls

I switched (ported) to Rain one on Monday this week, and is unable to receive any incoming calls. I'm able to make calls vir Raintalk App but not from my normal dialler of my phone (huawei Nova 5T). Tried customer care but the just transfer me to their voice calls department where you hang on for 15min+. Now 10 calls to them later and about 580 missed calls later, Im still unable to receive calls - 5 days later. Of course I can't port back to my previous provider as there is a 60 day hold period. What do I do?? Please help.
 
Hi @rain_mobile I have te same issue and am getting extremely frustrated at your service desk operators. Their conduct us HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Your phone needs to have VoLTE enabled. If your phone doesn't support it, then you'll need to use the Rain talk app as your default dialer to make/receive calls.

Good day, I have the same issue where I am not receiving calls, I am using my rain talk app and have gone through my permissions, It is frustrating as I work with clients and they are unable to get hold of me. I fund phoning out is also an issue, it takes about 10 tries before it actually connects and rings. I unfortunatly do not see that my phone has VoLTE

Hello I'm also experiencing the same problem, I'm soo stressed I don't know what to do :(
 
I am having the same issues - VoLTE is enabled & I've done the APN settings. @rain_mobile is not very good at getting back to me as I have to wait 24hrs plus for a reply on an urgent issue. & they keep trying to call after being told I CANNOT receive any calls... How did you resolve this issue?

I have the same problem but i am waiting for those 60 days to port back because there's no one that is helping at Rain.
 
Please help. Im not receiving calls but all the settings are done even the APN but still experiencing the problem. I've never seen poor service like this one.

Initially had the same issue. Download the Raintalk app. Then use the app's dialer, not your normal phone dialer. Also, your data must be on. Works just fine.
 
I do experience the same issue we’re as I can’t receive or make any call since I ported my number to this rain SIM card and the worse part the network is on voLTE, i can’t get along with my clients through voice call
