I have recently ported to Rain as part of the "Rain One" service. I am not receiving incoming calls at all. I installed the Rain Talk app and I am able to make outgoing calls but in terms of incoming calls I am just receiving messages that I have missed calls, my phone doesn't even ring..... I have tried to call the Rain call centre on numerous occasions to no avail. The consultants just transfers me to the Voice department but I never get through to them, holding on for ages or the call just cuts off. This is very poor service from Rain. Unfortunately I can't port back to my previous provider as there is a waiting period. Can anyone assist in this regard?
