After my 23rd ticket with Afrihost they sent me this form Here. Please fill it in, maybe we'll see some improvements.
 
Interesting, maybe if they get flooded with these forms they will notice that it ain't just one or two people having issues.

My thoughts exactly just hope that there are a lot of people in my area that that filled in the form.
 
Thanks for this, I filled in the form last night while still getting 0.5Mbps speeds after 5PM, when I got home now and did a speedtest I got 25Mbps down and 10Mbps up :D , first time since December! Surely can't be because I filled in the form? Must be a coincidence. Just hope it stays this way, downloads are flying. :p
 
OK cool...so its not just me. Been fighting with Afrihost since Friday night last week! Service over the weekend was shocking! I'll fill in the form now as well.
 
Service is shocking again this evening. Have just logged another ticket with Afrihost

since last week? I've been fighting for over 4 months.
 
The address details below must reflect the address at which the customer uses the service (and at which he experiences preformance degradation / slow speeds).

Seems to me that since filling in the form they did something to force my router to connect to a less congested tower, I can tell that just by looking at my signal strength, it's a much weaker which means I'm connecting to a tower further away, I'm not complaining since my speeds jumped from 0.5Mbps in the evenings to 20Mbps+ , this morning managed to hit 32Mbps. Whatever they did, it worked.

This is what mine looks like this morning...I have filled in the form and after logging another call with Afri last night they also just sent me the form to complete...just remind me, what do we pay Afrihost for again if we need to complete forms to submit to RAIN? Seems like were doing the troubleshooting now.
