Rain poor customer services

Thank you for poor services.
I failed to log on to rain network from Monday 23 Feb up to now.I send emails called your customer care to no apparent success.

I have incurred costs over R300 including calling your office only to be dropped no calling back.From Monday someone kept saying I will escalate the case to network guys .I lost customers because I was not connected.Rain must refund me for unused data period plus all costs of calling ,emailing and great inconvinience. I hired services of an IT specialist to check router only to discover it's your problem.I have asked to talk to a senior person Manager or Supervisor to no avail.

Thank you for poor services, from 1 March I'm engaging services of professional, organized and reliable service providers.
