Rain problems

Hi. I received my rain 101 router 2 days ago on the 30th of May and I still haven't got any connection. It's now the 1st of June and I'm still without connection. I've already paid this months subscription and I'm yet to use the internet. I saw a video on YouTube showing me that this platform helped him. I hope it does the same for me as this is my last resort. My siblings are writing exams and they need to use the internet to study. I hope this reaches the right people. @Rain, please do something about this
