Rain Ripping me off

Hi Guys

I was wondering if anyone has experience this issue wit rain where they take your money but only give you a few days of service before they cut your inter or make you commit to paying o day that limits your service days?

Allow me to explain, I am on the rain lte 19 hour unlimited package, here is my issue. I get paid on the 25th and after skipping a month wit rain I decided to pay on my payday using the pay now feature on their portal, but to my surprise on the 2nd they sent me an email saying I am in arrears and I should pay or I will be cut off, I ignore it because obviously I just paid on the 26th and if my internet is going to get cut it has be on the 26th because the serve is for 30 days, Rain did not think so as they cut my internet on the 6th and mad me commit to paying o the 16th which id I calculate is only 20 days of the service. this happened to me for three months and last month (May) I had to pay twice (R500) for 30 days services mind you that is more than their 24 hr package. I am so upset and the worst part is they do not respond to any of my emails, I have sent them 7 emails plus two direct message on their twitter with me no response. only thing consistent is that they take my money and I cannot even wait till the 1st and start over because I have to work from during the pandemic and Rain is making it very hard for me and pretty soon I see my boss telling me to take leave because i cannot have the same excuse for 3 months in a row.

I am just hoping that someone has experienced this with them and how did you resolve it?
