This damn router just stopped working even though the charger is on and seems to be fine. I am working remotely and have been completely disconnected. I have been calling and sending follow up the entire morning but noone from Rain seems to see the urgency or gravity of the situation. For R825 per month this is unfair and most of all fraudulent. Rain promised the best service and here I am having to now go else where just to be connected so I don't get fired from work. I'm so annoyed by this behaviour because when I didn't pay Rain is quick to disable my connection
