Rain router issue

This damn router just stopped working even though the charger is on and seems to be fine. I am working remotely and have been completely disconnected. I have been calling and sending follow up the entire morning but noone from Rain seems to see the urgency or gravity of the situation. For R825 per month this is unfair and most of all fraudulent. Rain promised the best service and here I am having to now go else where just to be connected so I don't get fired from work. I'm so annoyed by this behaviour because when I didn't pay Rain is quick to disable my connection
 
To make matters worse the only time one seems to get any help is when you post here which is ridiculous. Also your call centres are handled by people who can barely speak English and yet they are supposed to service a nation that speaks English. I swear I am looking for another serious service provider because rain is completely disfunctional
