The Law must be consulted... we cannot pay for poor service, the Consumer Protection Act (CPT) and other bodies of the law must be made aware. It is had to say you are a reputable company, but easy to say you are probably sophisticated robbers. Given the volume of complains about the same problem. I am not sure you are even qualified to provide tech services.
