Rain router problems

Good day
I have a problem with my rain router and its getting worst disconnects all of a sudden then loses network all of a sudden its beginning to go to a point where i hardly stream then it buffers and disconnects any idea as to where i can report it to rain and replace with a other router its on the 5g plan or do i have to cancrll the plan and re apply
