I took rain my worse nightmare. They gave me 4G sim that did not work proper then upgraded me after 3 days cutting of my 4G sim that i already paid for. My new 5G arriver but never worked cause they upgraded me without signal in my areas.They collected the 5G sim and router that never worked. My 4G was never reactivated or swapped and they seriously debiting my account with the oddest amounts ever. And when you call their number hardly works. If you lucky the number will work once in 20 calls. And try emailing them ai i am so disappointed this is a mess. I am so tired if i don't get my refund i am going to report them through the channels of ICASA and Ombudsman as i am just tired of them now.
