I had a unit delivered on 27 January 2022. I have tried numerous times to log calls with Rain but to no avail, imagine my surprise when they can not calculate the 24 hours alleged response time. I have had no 5G signal at all as if the SIM card has been deactivated.
Rain had the audacity to advise me they will be billing me from 27 January for a 5G internet service I can not use due to there being no connection at all. Why pay for something you can not use??
So I have had the audacity to put in my cancellation today 31 January 2022 for their Superior nonsense SILENT service. Can any one recommend a really good cost effective service provider? #urgent
