Rain sim no network

Hi all,
So i ordered a rain sim 4g 24/7 uncapped.
I reveived my sim after 2 weeks as there was a mistake with my order on their side.

But none the less, i received my sim on Friday, it was Rica'd successfully and even says everything is good on my rain profile.

Inserted my rain sim in my Huawei B315s and nothing. Did the APN settings and still nothing. I have even used my Huawei P20 pro smartphone, Iphone7, a ZTE 4G router and a vodacom router.. None worked

I thought maybe its the area where I stay and asked my friend if I can borrow their sim for a hour to check if its my router or location (they stay a couple of houses from me).
Inserted their sim in the Huawei B315s router and WOW it was working with good speeds as well..

I have contacted rain but they hardly or ever respond to mails, i tried to phone them but they dont answer and you get a recorded message that says they aren't taking calls due to the lockdown..

Now my question.. Do i just wait and the sim will eventually start working or is there something I can do on my side?
