Rain Sim taking forever to be activated​

Good afternoon I received my rain Sim card yesterday morning at 8am,it is more than 24 hours later and my Sim card still arnt activated. It says on my rain app that activation was successful hence I never received any email or sms to state so. Any help would be appreciated as to why this is taking so long
