got the sim yesterday slow speeds facebook chat with rain the guy tells me to buy a new router??????? i used rain 3 months ago had no issues on the same router are the tec,s just useless or what daylight robbery paying for a service which i cant use

I had the same issue with their LTE 4 g service. I had the same router, in fact 2, and was told the same story. I had my Telkom and Vodacom Sim card in the router with better speeds. Eventually got an email that the Capacity on their side is low and I can cancel if the speeds are not working for me.
I cancelled online because 44 k/ps is stuck the 90's!
